Test your boxing skills in our Sparring Class. You’ll team up with a partner of similar size and try yourself on some actual boxing in a safe environment.
Basic boxing skills are compulsory. Head gear and 16 oz gloves can be provided for newcomers but you will need to bring your own mouth guard.
